Avg recognizes user32.dll and winsrv.dll as virus and the user has removed the files suspects, but deleting these files windows boot will fail. The procedure cause a reboot loop of windows, without possibility of intervention. Would seem to be affected by this problem version AVG 8.0 and 7.5.
The solution :
False positive “user32.dll” (DB: 270.9.0/1777)
Update
Yesterday I fixed the hp pc of my friend. In the recovery console of windows (or with linux live or Bartpe) I copied user32.dll
copy C:\Windows\system32\dllcache\user32.dll C:\Windows\system32\user32.dll
Then after the reboot you must ignore avast alert on user32.dll and you must update it.
With avast 8.1 this procedure works fine, with 7.5 I don’t know
