Best Rechargeable Credit Card Internet-Paypal

I write this article because in internet I use a rechargeable card.

In Italy until recently there were no easy solutions to take advantage of rechargeable credit cards.

Most rechargeable credit cards have defects not indifferent:

1- Some need to go recharge at ATMs

2-Some have predefined amounts charging

3- Some have not read transaction easy, not always available and some is not even online!

My experiences:

Postepay BancoPosta (Only in italy!)
