To install windows from a pendrive you need to make it bootable.
It is necessary to set from the bios the usb pen as the first boot.
On some computers, you must plug the pen usb to pc and go into bios, if you don’t plug the pendrive at boot menu the drive not appear.
The fastest way to make the pendrive bootable is to use this freeware program WinSetupFromUSB-0.1.1 (549)
