Google Chrome bug Error 0xc0000005

Today was launched a chrome extension that integrates facebook in gmail quite similar to BUZZ.
Finally someone tries to unify all social networks, I download Google Chrome and install it. Chrome startup raises an Exception:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005).Click on OK to terminate the application

I found some workaround on this site to fix the bug caused by symantec antivirus (which I am forced to use for corporate policies )

The best fix is in the symantec forum and must change a Start value in the regedit :

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SysPlant]
“Start”=dword:00000004

Another fix is launch Chrome without sandbox with option –no-sandbox

shortcut example
“….\Impostazioni locali\Dati applicazioni\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe” –no-sandbox

The last solution is weak because with sandbox disabled chrome is more vulnerable to malware and it don’t use tab as single process

Why Google or Simantec have not yet fixed this issue!
