Google guilty for violation of privacy

The judgment by a Milan court condamned to 6 months in jail 3 executives of Google for invasion of privacy in a uploaded video on youtube.

The Italian law has clearly been in difficulties, why do not know what must do with the Internet and at the same time there is pressure to have more control over the web (in Italy it is sometimes still demonized as something negative and uncontrolled).

If this incident happened in the U.S., the video was reported, then dropped without criminal trial. In Italy the association vividown constitutes itself as a civil party (for image, for money, for pride?) and after 4 years the Italian courts have given reason to the association!
For the first time in the world, a judge condamned a software service (the means). Why Google should be blamed if it did not load the video? Why not have been convicted only those who committed it?

Consequences
This fact is very serious and has created strong controversy both in Italy and abroad,because it is a real threat to freedom of the internet.
In Italy in contrast to other European countries there is hope to the Internet laws of the nation (as in China) and give responsibility to the services(internet provider, hosting, youtube …)
For legislators probably internet is no different from television or a newspaper where there must be one or more responsible of the content.
Internet always made itself and it is the most democratic thing because on the web we all can freely say what we think, this ruling could create a dangerous precedent in Italy and can inspire other nations.
