Hackers are not crackers

I write this post because it seems that most journalists/bloggers think that hackers are the satanic entities addicts to spend the time to crack programs, generate serial and take down the server.

The true hacker don’t do nothing of all these things.

Being a hacker is to embrace an ethic and have a more profound vision of things. A hacker does not just do damage to become famous and prove to be cool!Often many lamer and crackers and then perform actions clamorous claim to hackers.

This generates a lot of confusion not only among users, but also in traditional media and bloggers!

You’ll often read in many forums or newsgroups related to hacking idiotic questions like “Where can I find a crack for this program?”, “Where can I find a bomb emailer?”, “My girlfriend betrays me how I can still msn password? etc …

So dear blogger or journalist the next time you write an article you must think very carefully before using the word hacker or cracker!
